Silence

Silence

A Poem by M.Kilani

Out of words I am

In silence I utter nothing

All is there and nothing is missing

Stripped of all my swords I am

All words are lost

All fall to echo of a breath

All on surface yet in depth

Blowing off the dust

While in mind questions roam

I dare not to ask

Clear is the mask

Until I reach home

Worries not doubts

All there like April stars

One day clear on behind cloud

And one hid in dust

And you I can trust

But you’re not ready to tell

As I can see the will

But silence is a must

And all submit to silence

All are gone once I see your face

As I count all this grace

I dare not to ask … silence

Sometimes the most simple words can say the most profound things. In silence there can be screaming.

ok... its deep man, and emotional!

its not the best you've written!

there is a slight inconsistency with both the rhyme and structure, you seem to throw in rhymes whenever you can for instance, sometimes they are the 2nd and 3rd lines of a stanza and sometimes they are 1st and 2nd, etc. Also, the 2nd stanza down, 3 of your lines begin with 'All', if that is to be a pattern I'd consider repeating it somewhere else

Beautifully rhytmic piece . Silence is Golden.

'As I can see the will
But silence is a must'
I like the flow of thoughts and the strong ending. I do believe more can be fixed by silence then loud words. Thank you for the excellent poem.

I can really appreciate the subtle nuance of this. Silence is golden.
