I cannot speak

A poem about how I feel about my image.

I cannot speak the words aloud
how do you feel, they all ask
but the words do not come

I feel worthless
I feel jealousy
I feel FAT

I know they are all thinking it
but they will not say it aloud either
you are ugly
you are fat
you could be pretty if you would lose weight

I am pitiful, I hate myself
I cannot speak it
for to say it aloud would make it real.
