Music

I love music

We live for music.

It is the only thing that helps up.

We can relate to it.

It will hold us when we cry.

We go to concerts to see it's magnificence.

The vibration flows through the walls.

We reach out to it,

Taking it's hand.

It is there when we get married,

There when we have kids.

Even when we die,

It shall be standing right there.

The only thing that actually stands with us,

Is music.

I can totally relate, well I'm sure everyone can... considering that's the point of the poem. Every time i'm royally pissed, depressed, overjoyed and almost every other emotion you can think of, I turn to music.

So right, Kitty. Music is a big thing in many peoples' lives, and even if they are not music lovers they can't escape it. I love music, and when I die I want the old Byrds song "What's Happening?!?!" played at my funeral! Nice poem...well done!

This actually reminds me of a song which goes "Music alone shall live." This is quite true. No matter what we feel or what we do in life, music has been there for us. Music can change and touch lives. Without music, the world would definitely be a boring place to live in. Anyway, the poem has a great message. Good job.
