Beautiful Stranger

Beautiful Stranger

A Poem by Korrin Perry

Strange,
I barely know you,
but yet I feel connected to you.
Crave,
I never had you,
but yet I feel so lonely without you.
Desire,
I seldom feel you,
but yet I feel protected by you.
Love,
I yearn for you,
but yet I am too afraid to confess to you.

i like how love stops short here of confessing...

the single word lines are like a poem of their own...strange, crave, desire, love.

a stranger, we yearn to meet, then we desire that person, and it turns to love..if only we can let go enough to give it a chance with this beautiful stranger.

nicely done.
