JCT Poem 1

A Poem by James Cooper T.

As the northern Bear sleeps
as it reacts not when poked,
may it not be mad.

As the red sun, northern lands,
the south easts, is friend with the eagle,
may the eagle not look towards arrows.

And as the land of the deserts, barren land,
and the land of countless wars still spoil,
may its quarrel find rest.

As the sea, and the kingdom by the sea, and it- flows uncertain to vast ocean of tomorrow,
may their fast currents flow not in vain.

And as for my land, blessed of thy banner dear to all hearts-its sun and stars a light,
May it keeps on waving.

The world leaps now, and trade war awry
one who's up goes up, and down and down goes to all who's down.

Out of this, give to what you owe to the world.
But give to what the Divine belongs.
For things here will get worse now.

Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.
