I am locked out of my Happy Place

I am locked out of my Happy Place

A by kym820

There were times when I could just go to my happy place and forget about everything.
Now it seems that someone has changed the locks on my happy place and I can't get inside.
When someone squats in your happy place and changes the locks, what do you do?

I like the title and the idea. I do feel, as short as it is, you could lose half of it. No need to repeat 'my happy place' three times and 'changes the locks' twice. Less is more.

Perhaps something like:

"There were times when I could go to my happy place and forget about everything.
Now it seems that someone has changed the locks. When bars you out and takes over, what do you do?"
