I don't see very much wrong with it, besides a few grammer cleanups. I am kind of stalled on the first rhyme of "easily" and "makes you free" but it is workable. I would start a new stanza for the third line(since it has no rhyming counterpart) Also the last two lines as well since the second to last line does not begin with "I know" but the poem itself is nice.
