The Sad Truth of Writerscafe.org

After a few months of participating upon this website, I've come up with a few findings:

1: Poems are the best!- Poems will ALWAYS get more actual views than stories, books, chapters, etc. Which is sad because books and stories often(not always) take MUCH more effort to create than poems

2: People Don't Read- I'm currently writing a book, entitled blackpeoplemeet.com, which has 58 views, while a poetic excerpt that I posted separately has 57 views. Chapter 1 of Blackpeoplemeet.com has 5 views, while chapters 2-5 have 1 view, meaning that people aren't actually reading the book.

I will be adding more to this as I continue my experience.

Hmmm how true and how sad. I like poems because they are short, but it does drive me crazy that people just read your poems. Interesting read, thanks for putting it on here.
