Flower's Melody

Flower's Melody

A Poem by LMWrites

Good morning sweet flower…

Why are you hiding?

As nature renders you

Sweetly singing

You fail to realize

Something so very clear.

Within proximity, you reach out.

Savor the stars,

Breathe the air,

Sense earth’s magic

Why are you hiding?

Sweetly singing

Lovely shining

Shimmering hope

 Sunshine in your world

Why are you hiding?

When you fail to realize

What is so vividly in front of you?

Sweetly singing

Earth’s magic

Pleasant melodies

Humming meekly

Singing sweetly

Forevermore…

Good night sweet flower

Breathtaking spin on the evolution of natural nature. I feel as if you've captured the true essence of the lonesome flower. Though it has no heartbeat, it still reaches out, craves, sings, and savors. Personifying nature is one of my favorites and you've done it so well here. Keep it up. Great read.
