CONFIDENT

BEING TRUE TO SELF

Feeling good about myself with a confident smile, 

Looking at the world with no regard!

Taking steps to ensure my future,

Bettering myself as I come into my grand solution!

God is the leader in my life,

Giving him praise, love and a second chance at life.

Thinking back I wasn’t into the Christian realm.

I was just about myself and what I have become.

Watching the world crumple as I walk through,

I gave up that life and left my crew.

Forty ounces and bags of weeds left a big hole,

And that hole is where the enemy roamed.

Sometime I question why the world is the way it is;

I just buckle down and tell it like it is.

Words of inspiration comes from the Lord,

Keeping my head up is what I have in store.

Thank you for letting me speak my piece,

And keeping helping the people in need.
