Eating me away on the inside

Nothing is going to be alright

 

I’m dead on the inside

Maybe I’ll be fine… Wait what a lie

 

You are my ray of light

But I’m letting that light die tonight

 

You said “Don’t forget I am your safety”

I don’t want you to go; I’ll never love another or let that go

 

Hold me in your arms tonight try to bring me back

I’m dead on the inside there is so rays of light
