Dedicated to my cousin, Aileen Ugalde, whom has given me the hope of the world...

The Woman…My Cousin…Aileen

 

 

From long awaited years of despair

With simple kindness to help repair

Continuous her everlasting smiling

Keeps me strong, bright, and shining

A ray of sunshine grows the flowers

Like the white-winged dove, she gives me powers

The first to pray, the first to believe

Who gave my soul its first sympathy

A woman who thousands depend

A woman of court who will always defend

A woman of business who touches lives

The university trusts to keep students "alive"

A woman I work hard to please

For she was the first to believe in me

Full of commitment and deep family ties

For she is the woman who does nothing but TRY

If I could sing or write lyrics to a song

Of my cousin so loving, so strong

A song of happiness about this girl

Who grew up to please everyone in her world

 

She is my cousin…the most giving...the most loving…she is Aileen...there is no other!
