Will you stay
Will you give me a break
Or at least a chance
So we can form a sweet romance
To be cute and hold hands
Like lovers do

Will you wait
For me to be okay
With all my troubles leaking through
I don’t want to overwhelm you
With my mind

If I go away
For a few days
Will you try to understand
Or lend a helping hand
I don’t mean to bother you
Like I always do
