A poem in lyric style it is a mystical haunting love poem...and a omen and a premonition..

I saw Orion Fall 

I feel that I am losing you 

I hear those voices call

I looked out at the sky last night

Last night I heard it all

Omen in the wind

Telling me heart break

Yet I saw your face once again for the first time

Like quicksilver my heart is moved

Drawn to your smile

Those eyes of yours hold my heart

I saw Orion fall from the sky

Leaving the Pleiades high and dry

Yet my senses fed anew on you 

Hold me close in the darkness

Whispers in the wind

Murmurs in the heart

I want to drown you in butterfly kisses

I want to sink you to your knees

I want to make you die in ecstasy and rise again

Yet no matter what you say

Yet no matter what price I pay

Does your wild heart not 

lie cold and untamed forever free

Orion is one that i look for more than any ..especially in the winter months ..he is so low in our southern sky and so immense ... a protector ... sword sharpened always and at the ready ..
i feel the intense emotional tragedy in your lines ... the ending plea so heart wrenching ... and more the tragedy that impassioned love drives us to this ... humiliation of begging ... my goodness ... i will most certainly have to find a "happy read" before i sign off .. nicely done ..
