How can something so right be so wrong?

I love him,

but he doesn't love me.

I want him

but he doesn't want me.

Why is this love one-sided?

Why am I the only one that feels?

I cannot describe the pain that I go through.

The agonizing, excrutating pain.

Waking up in the middle of the night,

the covers, as well as my body,

drenched in a cold sweat.

Screaming from the dreams of darkness.

Dreams of you and I that will never come true.
