hence

it's a daft term, which regretfully I may have played a small part in creating. I was in a former life Creative Head of Advertising and as a favor, I did some PR work for this friend and his company. The BD was my gussying up a pig so to speak. Over time the term has caught on over here, and while I don't claim to be the only one who thought of it, the term wasn't something I'd seen up til then
