Second part poem about healing process.

What is to be found inside is Self,

The Meeting humans avoid.

There comes knowledge of Self,

Just there in the void.


No need to be hard on Self,

It only creates more friction.

On the way to meet Self,

One discovers self-acceptance.


Healing feels so mysterious,

Nevertheless, I will take the path.

Healing feels hazardous,

However, I trust the process.

Healing can feel uncomfortable,

But that's the mind's opposition.

Healing can feel troublesome,

Yet, it also feels so good.
