Story Project: Eclipse

these are my current ideas for my story but I don't know what I wanna do about the story yet so please give me suggestions.

Eclipse, a rare and beautiful sight.Yet in ancient times, we feared that it was something swallowing the sun,or an evil omen. Now that we gained knowledge, we start to look at it as just an astronomical event. As our knowledge grew, we start to forget our fear of nature, and our place in the universe. We became selfish. Even so, a total solar eclipse can still cast a shadow in our souls, as our inner world goes into darkness, but we forgot about it.

Let us now embrace our fear of nature once again.

An eclipse also symbolizes an upcoming fate. You see, even though a solar eclipse occurs on earth every 18 months, they only recur at any given place once every 360 to 410 years. It somehow feels amazing to me. The fact that the sun and moon are so far, but an event seen on earth pulls them so close to each other. Also, the sun was so big compared to the moon, however it seemed as if they had the same size during an eclipse.

The sun and moon were so far, yet so close to each other as fate pulled them together.
