CONSEQUENCES (Every action has its consequence)

CONSEQUENCES (Every action has its consequence)

A Poem by Laylah

Why do the good die young….?

You lived in the right but sadly you died wrong.

Travis, son, nephew, brother, cousin and friend;

You have gone too soon, left us in despair!

Every good deed has its consequences;

Your actions met by senseless reactions!

Your life was taken with a piercing of a stiletto.

Straight through your beautiful heart; the blade found its mark.

Your perfect soul; may it rest in peace!

While I nurture my own; a soul now left in tatters.

A soul so tattered and torn for it has weathered many a storm!

Your beautiful puppy brown eyes will I see no more.

I’ll always miss your contagious laugh that always tickled my heart.

And I know this Tre;

Hell is on earth; but rest assured Travis,

That the one after shall not befall your essence.”

For yours was a good, kind and gentle soul.

Why do the good die young…..?

Innocent children ripped from their mother’s arms.

Why do the innocent have to suffer at the hands of murderous monsters…..?

While Lucifer’s children roam earth, bringing misery and pain to all whose paths they cross

My own dearest Travis savagely taken from us!

Leaving the rest of us behind to suffer in this hellish inferno!

Your murderer shall meet with you in his tormented nightmares.

The devil’s own; in he’s dreams he’ll forever remain prisoner.

Held captive by all the miseries he has sown!

But in our hearts and minds you will forever be our beautiful Travis.

Loved by all, your memories will always be our treasure
