Living With A Secret

Living With A Secret

A Poem by Vertigo

With everything anyone ever knew
That couldn’t be any more real than true
I couldn’t understand
Just as I stood in the distance
Of a dimming light
Released with the pink hue
Of a setting sun
Where there was no one
To see
Or know
The pinnacle of a realization
That was never realized
Hated maybe even despised
If they ever knew what was inside
Everyone has secrets
Just as I hide mine in the sky
Without knowing why

I sincerely enjoy the metaphorical heartage, domearing the text, and mind expanding feature
that monotonously sweeps over the imagination as the forging imagery paints the sky dually.
these lines draw the pinnacle moment together. talented work with passion, secret soulfully defined

Where there was no one
To see
Or know
The pinnacle of a realization
That was never realized

Very rhymic . nice if slightly unclear but a well written peace showing a danger in the secrets we keep
