where the town of Memphis burns at night

and ignites into flame

where Elvis look-a-likes fall like rain and

you can find 'em "in person" oN the corner of Main

GRACELAND!

where 1000s of fans pay homage to "the King"

and the back beat tickles your feet

where the roadside prophets congregate & meet

to join the club of the Elvi elite

GRACELAND!

where the graves of Elvis & family taste bittersweet

and don't forget he had a twin

maybe a brother could've kept Elivs thin

and away from "the" drugs that did him in

GRACELAND ... OH GRACELAND!
