My sleep unseen

My sleep unseen

A Poem by Lethu
"

Sleepless night, so I might aswell write.

"

My sleep is unseen tis' indeed

frustrating for I need my rest,

and as for the rest,

I'll give it a rest, better than

a pigeon posted in its nest
but back to my sleep

I'm vext because of the

dreams I'm missing,
whilst my sleep lurks in the dark
like a thief creeping

through trailer parks

It teases me
my misery is its lark
I so hate this part but

back again to my sleep

It's still disturbed
but slowly my sight dwindles,

in the distance
my vision blurrs

as my eyelids hover over my eyes,
until all fades to black.

Goodmorning.

About
LE-TOO is how my name is pronounced. I had to start off with that because I know it's a little hard on the tongue for some. POET? Or somebody who just rhymes? Writing verses in well structured lines.. more..
