Just a Leaf

Just a Leaf

A Poem by Leto

A leaf that falls

Down to the ground

Is left to wither and die.

Is it missed at all

By the other leaves?

Did they bother to say good bye?

Um, I know this is about a leaf, but were you not finished with the poem?

A decent poem that brings a good moral point to my mind. I think the moral story here is do we really miss a person until they die. Some people are never even noticed in life, but after they pass away they are thought of a lot more. Perfect example to me would be Michael Jackson. His latest merchandise didn't really start selling until after he passed away. This poem brings that to mind.

I like writing. That's probably the only interesting thing about me. Writing has always been a love/hate sort of relationship for me. I love writing down all my ideas, but my problem has always be.. more..
