Kingdom walls

Kingdom walls

A Poem by Brilli B

People call me unbreakable with a frown,
People call me untouchable with a crown,
I don't believe in that no one can be that feared,
So loved in what they say,
They praise me with songs,
But they don't see my tears,
They're not for me but for them,
I am afraid to leave my castle walls,
I stand tall and dance all the royal balls,
But I still mourn,
I still yearn for a feeling of strength,
I still cower behind guards,
They say I don't have a heart my kingdom and myself,
I try to cover my ears but the voices still get louder,
Pounding on my head each beat getting fowler.

Brilli B
This is not my greatest works but I think this is true to a lot of people.
