Short but i don't have much inspiration.This is a tough week and i don't have the will to pick a pen at the moment

Memories that ran away
Never wanted to stay
No way to go back
So you changed sides and painted every rainbow black
Hopeful for tonight
Praying for the lost burning light
You left with an empty goodbye
Left me there to cry

This was a sad poem and even if you didn't have much inspiration you came out with a great write that showed emotion. Sometimes the short poems are the ones that say a lot and people can really understand.
