Bated down the hatches

Bated down the hatches

A Poem by Lauren..

When camps go camping they must be ready for any weather conditions,

They pile up their gear and hit the road running,

You sweat in your clothes when you are hammering the nails to the ground,

There’s no telling when the weather will strike,

Plan as much fun as possible,

A angry storm is responsible for ruining your fun,

You wake up in the middle of the night and you hear the thunder on the roof of your tent,

You take the tent down as soon as you put it up,

You will think better next time for a nicer day.
