Shall End

Shall End

A Poem by Zion

Tonight it shall end.
Blood on the walls,
Crimson red was all you could see.
Couldn't take it anymore,
Was his excuse written in the pool of blood.
Strong as a bull,
Kind heart in his chest,
Couldn't take on the cruel world.
He said there is nothing left,

Nothing to change.
Found the knife in his hand.
Blood,
His blood on the blade.
Like he told me seconds before he died.
Texted me and said,
Nothing left for me here,
It's my time to go.
A promise he kept,
When he plundged the knife deep in his chest.
