The Night is Never Dark

The Night is Never Dark

A Poem by Daniel T.

 The night is never dark,

Though fade the song of lark.

The Moon hung in the sky

Is where the light dost lie.

Yet sure, what ye shall find,

Is man will make thee blind,

With crag and stone he does

Debar the sky above.

So do not blame the Lord,
Or strike a somber chord,

Or sing a solemn song,

The light is never gone.

Really enjoyed this. It flows very well as you stuck with six syllables for each line, not to mention it rhymes haha. Good job!
