    I'm alive and I'm breathing

    I have eyes and I'm seeing

    Searching for something that can't be

    With darkness surrounding me

    Don't know what it is I'm searching for

    All I know is I'm looking

    Can what I find lead to something more

    Or is it just alluring

    Nothing is making sense in my mind

    Mixed and jumbled thoughts

    About everything that I left behind

    But I was never caught

    Now I don't know where I'm heading 

    But does it really matter

    All I'm doing is forgetting

    And leaving my heart tattered
