She was me

So this is me care to listen while i indulge..

She bare the resemblance of the soul i once tryed to save..

I'd go without light for days, hoping that on day she'd see that through my eyes she could be saved.

Maybe i was wrong to think i was right, maybe you was wrong to think you had to be unhappy.

But either way a girl like you would never be happy, but i'd try and try giving way to hope for a new day.

But i woke up and realised that the only girl i was trying to save was me.

I'm still me and very much unhappy.
