The Red Parade

The Red Parade

A Poem by =Kirakishou=

The Red Parade

Drums and Trumpets roar like thunder
Children in all ages smiles with content
The start of the New age is crawling
The wait for the Red Parade is coming

Everyone feast on the shining wonder
Noises of any kind really don't matter
The start of the New age is crawling
The wait for the Red Parade is coming

All started with a loud Bang!
Bodies clash and screams are all over
The start of the New age is ending
The wait for the Red Parade is over

Wow, really heavily connotated.
So here, a metaphor is being made between war and festivities, and I see the connections between them. They both symbolize a new age, are loud, and are red (brightly colored) in some way or another. Excellent connections! This is a poem that I couldn't have begun to so eloquently put together; good job!
I wouldn't mind if you came over to my page; we think alike. Thanks for putting this out on the internet.
