Whenever I'm sad I wanna hug you
Whenever I'm happy I wanna hold you
When I'm tired from the days chores
I just want to embrace you
But where are you mom...
Why can't I touch you?
Why can't I see or
Why can't I reach you?
You left me long before I realize
What being alone meant...


I wish you saw me growing up
When I needed you the most
I still dread that day
The day that I lost
You..
I didn't even start my teen
Since then where have you been?...

I wish you saw me graduating
When I needed you the most
When other parents gave their kids a kiss
I, me and myself just had a miss
From you...
I was looking around very keen
Tell me mom where have you been?...

I wish you saw me getting married
When I needed you the most
When brides get dressed by mom
And I got dressed by whom
Not you...
Searching you all covered in sheen
Tell me mom where have you been?...

I wish you saw my first baby
When I needed you the most
To teach me to be a mother
But you, didn't even bother
Again....
You were never so mean
Tell me mom where have you been?....

I dream about talking to you
Then I reach my hand
I cannot touch you
As you quickly disband
I guess it stays like this forever
Trying to catch a glimpse of you
In my dreams, and will
Miss you till my last breath
Will meet later after death
Until then and moreover
I love you Mom forever....
And ever...and ever.......
