I'm Done

The quiz said we were compatible,

Our friends said it, too,

But you didn't care,

So now, I'm done with you.

 

I hate the way you laugh,

I hate the way you dance,

I hate how you ignored me,

I hate how you didn't give me a chance.

 

I gave you two years of my life,

I gave you all my love,

I prayed that you would love me,

But, all you did was give me a shove.

 

Why the hell did you act that way?!,

I never treated you bad,

But, you would take joy in hurting me,

You mostly made me sad.

 

You don't even know how many nights,

I spent crying over you,

You don't even know how much you hurt me,

So now, I'm through.

 

So as the great Gloria Gaynor said,

"I WILL survive,

As long as I know how to love,

I know I'll stay alive."

wow, i'm not sure where this poem came from but you put alot of passion into it and I think it is great. And you are a very strong person so you will survive anything lol!
