On the face of it!

On the face of it!

A Poem by Aurora (MC)
"

For someone who must learn to be confident about his creations. Inspired by someone, something and some time...

"
Tell me I am wrong on the face of it,
Tell me looking into my eyes if they are still honest,
Tell your heart that it's not pained because of me,
Just be honest!

Split on the face of it, if it's a mistake,
A wrong decision, and abandon me of my rights,
To have a will on me,
Drive me back to the dependance and fallen infancy.

Lie on the face of it that you didn't hate me a bit,
Not even once in your life,
Tell me, you didn't loath me because I survived,
A fatal disease that bleed me inside,
That limited me from sleep,
That took away my mind,
Stole away my heart.

And now the whole motor and nervous
System is a robotic joint,
An electrical pulse that commands,
And I live for an unknown crazy device,
That lives in the top of my head,
And decides my fate.

Tell me on the face of it, if I have lied.

Quite enjoyed the poem. I think that on the face of it, you are a good person seeking the truth. I will tell you honestly, that this is a great poem, but that like me, we both have so far to go. And if we're good poets now, we'll be even better in the coming years. I hope you will look forward to the future, rather than worry, just fight for a chance to live and be free. That is the best anyone can do. I am waiting for the world to change. But I won't be waiting forever.
