And I kiss cold?

And I kiss cold?

A Poem by Ninja Empyrean
"

Angsty love poem.

"

And I Kiss Cold

I have been lost since I found you,

Tossed and reminded,

My touch is annoying,

I'm mannish flamboyant.

My kisses are cold,

When your mind has escaped,

I have begged - been caught crying,

Winning and dying.

Tired of following and leading,

Emasculated evenings,

Disastrous disagreements,

Mastered bereavement.

In love with love are you,

And in love with you am I,

And all alone.

I stand beside your dreadful furnace of,

Hate and regret,

For people and years,

That you wont soon forget.

I met that sure man,

He wanted my life.

How much of your own does he still hold so drawn?

My own fears drowned in relinquished passion,

Unsheathed enjoyment,

Sultry fashion.

A hollow in me that you fill for convenience.

Still your eyes chain my being,

With sweet taffy metal,

Your hands shove me downwards,

Your smile now inverted.

The laughter perverted,

The timing all wrong.

My heart is full strings,

Not a gong.

I try to be broken hearted - to heal from your wheels.

I am seconds from hating however,

So awkwardly clever,

Should my house of cards,

All hearts -

Fall and reveal a better day,

Without something I knew that I needed.

For your warmth I do yearn,

But,

The sun also burns.
