Raw Abandon

Raw Abandon

A Poem by Ninja Empyrean
"

A bullet and a body.

"

RAW ABANDON

The bullet danced through layers

Of soft, playful tissue.

Vitae.

The fiber of this being.

Was swept off its feet.

In a short, blisteringly painful romance.

Lead and ghost.

It did not last.

Gut feelings turned frigid.

Absolute zero.

Not bad, and I really like what you've done to personify the bullet. My one criticism is that it's a little short, and I feel like there's still a lot of room to expand on this idea. Either way, this is well-written and vivid. Good work.
