Prologue

Just a little prologue to describe how a girl named Faith had felt about the world.

Today was supposed to be just another normal day, nothing out of the ordinary, but wow! I'm so lost now, everything today went by so fast. I thought that this would just be about standardized testing and looking good for college. I can't believe everything thats happened just today.

 

My summer was terrible! My mom's been at work so much, and my dad only pays attention to my brother. I just had a computer to play a game on. That and my ipod nano was all I really had to keep myself sane. Thank god for being able to blast loud rock music into my ears so I can just forget all of my problems. Well, that is if I believed in God like that girl that just started talking to me kept trying to get me to do.

 

Now I'm starting a new year of high school, my junior year. Everyone at this school thinks I'm a freak because I dress differently, I listen to different music, I like to read and write, because of everything I'm just a social outcast. I just met this really cool girl named Abigail. I think we'll be really close friends, maybe we'll even be best friends!

This is just a prologue I wrote for a book I have a bunch of ideas for.

Interesting start. Curious to see where this goes. This seems to have a slight touch of a sinster feel. I'm not sure why. Hopefully that will be answerd in subsequent chapters. You have an easy flow to your words. It's a good start. Hoping you turn Abigail into a psycho, could be fun.
