A State of Flux

A State of Flux

A Poem by TJB

The absence of happiness becomes sadness.
An excess of held in sadness becomes anger.
Too much anger makes you furious.
A release of that furiosity reverts you to sadness.
We are forever in a state of flux.
Emotions less stable than the stock market.
Yet more connected to each other than the best of friends.
A build up of sadness can also be depression.
Too much depression deteriorates happiness and anger.
And an injection of love can heal the damages.
Everyone makes the left, right, forward decisions that make up the consciousness that is ourselves.
Though the end results are ever-changing and never the same in comparison to others.
Yet we change those odds by combining those mazes that are ourselves in togetherness.
Too much sadness makes happiness more precious.
Coming back from depression may make you feel confident and stronger.
And anger can be converted to passion and creativeness.
We are forever in a state of flux.
So don't worry.
Don't panic.
Just...
Live
