Tree a top a hill

Tree a top a hill

A Poem by Mahnoor faisal
"

Nature and it's miracles

"
Many hundred years ago, seems like it,
That the soil was provide with a seed.

And as season changed and the clouds rained,
Drenching the Earth a sapling rose.

It rose everyday, changing beautifully,
Slowly transforming into a big oak tree.

Swaying in the wind so gently,
As the daisies surrounding dance along.

So firmly it stands beaming with wisdom,
And aged it seems as it holds legends a lost.

And now as it stands rooted and bound,
The evening sun begins to set over the horizon.

Setting aflame the old oak tree,
As it shadows the inhabitants laying beneath.

As the curtains of night fall over the sky,
The oak tree shines and twinkle a glow, as the fireflies gather and sparkle in tow.
