Reflecting on specific emotions

Even the best of citizens can become bitter. Overwhelmed by life’s adversities. People so easily shun other’s actions as something that would never cross their mind but what do they know? They have never been put in the situation. Nobody can truly understand another’s hardships. All we can do is listen and replay a dim movie on the cinema of the mind. Creating plot twists and conjuring situations that you could never understand. Many reject these visions and lash out, seeking attention or answers. But why do we need answers? How does the knowledge of a situation make it any easier to cope with? It is so incredibly difficult to change your way of thinking. I believe that all you can do is evolve your perspective. You never get over anything, it just bothers you less. But being bothered by something is a waste of the precious time that we have. Life is relative. It can be short in the amount of time spent occupying space and it can be short in the amount of time actually spent living. We can not waste time allowing petty differences to squander what we work so hard to achieve. We can not allow these imperfections to drive us away from the ones we hold the closest. These flaws should embody who we are, shaping us into the diverse individual that presents itself to the world each day. Craving acceptance. We all want to feel like a strong person,the type of person that can inspire others to be strong too. A person who can take the worst situation and turn it into an okay day. Why do we crave these things? What is it about social acceptance that is so appealing? Why do we search for that special someone to spend our time with? Why do we fight so hard even when we are so tired of fighting? Why do we feel these desires to fulfill another’s expectations?Why do we become bitter when our exaltations fade?
