Sunset skies

Sunset skies

A Story by Forlorn princess

Sometimes we stare at the sunset skies, arranging and rearranging the mixed up thoughts of our chaotic minds hoping to put them up into boxes, labeling them. In the hope of retrieving them as and when need arises. These skies just won't permit that. They keep on asking me questions, questions about my own beliefs, prophecies, my choices, my rights and wrongs. I may lose myself in this. I may learn a lot from this. As I rest on the shores on a wooden cot watching this happen, I also understand that answers are not always necessary. But those questions, questions of self doubt, questions of the right and wrong, questions about our choices, they are important. They push us forward in this world of indifference, fake smiles and false victories. Let those questions overflow!
