A talent forgotten

A talent forgotten

A Poem by Malia

Reading this sentence was simple
Writing these words were easy
Typing these bold letters with heavy meaning, a breeze
Now so rough around the edges she can't even remember what's it's like to keep to herself
Has being one self turned into another?
Opening up like that sweet flower
Has her skill left her now, not a pen in site
Overthinking the words she's fighting
So discrete and alone she was
Last time she revieled this much she swore she never would
