discontented rant

discontented rant

A Poem by Marcus Mckenzie

witness carnage

melodic disharmony

ordered chaos

bitter laughter

gratuitous violence

simple solutions

final

ignorance is easier isn't it?

it's natural
why change the state?

apocalyptic hope
identify and conform
encourage baseless conviction
thinking is too hard

what if mohammed was only half right?

what about jesus christ?

maybe there won't be a bang
but only slow decay

determinists could argue
that every point is moot
the future's been decided
no-one's ever failed to die

another conviction

ignorance is inescapable
but that's alright
we're smart enough to save ourselves
in this life if no other

bitter laughter

simple solutions

 follow dinosaurs

obstruct other paths

pride, prejudice and parsimony

disallowance

i'd rather hear 'f**k' on the t.v.
than hear 'i can't, because....'
