Oddly tuned

Oddly tuned

A Poem by Mackabstract
"

Something I wrote after a fight i had... Please let me know what you think. just simple short thing.

"
Cigarettes litter this earth
brittle to the touch
He says he cant overcome the guilt
She's yelling on the front porch
Scrubbing decay off your hands
screaming at fate for our late dance

where inside this paradox
 this cancerous parody
become so forsaken such a parade
such a vision! so plain.
Pity filled eyes
lit up holes
covered in dirt
to fill the void

Last chance's strike twice
In essence a visage of vanity
blandly recreating
oddly tuned
oddities
I scream the words of a phantom

Crafted words and smells
the spit of your voice
is light to a candle
your emotion is real
jealous and bottles of jack

loving the imagery here! its like a short movie i could visualize it from beginning to the end. it is a little confusing in some part though but i think that's supposed to be the effect of it =P anyway i like it. keep up the good work!

oh i have just one question: what caused you to write this, what was your inspiration!
