Flower

Flower

A Poem by Honey

Snow is falling all around, settling upon the ground

I am standing with my children, feeling cold air all around

"Wouldn't you please buy a flower? One only costs a single penny.

It may not be much to you, but for me it would feed many."

I cannot sell anything, all the people pass us by

My family will stay hungry, but others care not why I cry.
