Doll

Doll

A Poem by Honey

I am a toy, I was meant to play

Though I make people smile, they will throw me away.

They just want to have fun, and torture me so

I wont ever have the strength to go.

Like the other dolls, I cannot walk around

When I am not playing, I'm left on the ground.

And after a lifetime of being a doll,

I know that no one really cares after all.

Although short and simple...I do like your poem, GREAT USE OF METAPHORS. I can definitely relate to this, if you wrote it from life situations, I completely knopw how you feel. I like it :) Fabulous job!
