A Rooted Tree

A Rooted Tree

A Poem by Honey-Bee
"

A Beautifully Rooted Tree Embraces Wickedness

"
Rooted
You were a seed
Planted in the soil
Rooting
you breathed
and grew

A Thriving tree
With
Beautiful branches
reaching
stretching
Touching

Green
were your leaves
splashing in the
Sun
Chlorophyll
enriched
everyone

Grace like
Rain fell
upon you
And
You lick
up the droplets
With your green
tongue

Birds
flocked to you
making nests
for their young
Snuggling
in your branches
of love

Yet
You embraced
wickedness
And then
Shriveled
To
Nothingness

That unfaithful tree deserve to shrivel up. Nature does resemble humans in some way doesn't it. I like this.
