We now have love

We now have love

A Poem by Mary Bosworth

It doesn't matter
When all is said and done
Who is right? Who is wrong ?
Who lost? Who won?

It's all vanity
The setting of the sun
With rest on both hearts
Whether together or apart

So let's fix our eyes
On the one who holds the Truth
And turn away
From the things that divide me and you

It only matters
That He died to set us free
And, In His Blood
We have love and unity

We know He gave His all to us
While we were still enemies of the cross
His blood removes our shame
Instead of blame,
We now have love, We now have love

He had fine words, that is for sure. The finest.
