just a random poem i wrote

 Complicated  

Love changes and grows  

Love dies and fades  

Blooms 

Love blooms like flowers  

Love can wither like a dying flower  

Love is based on its roots  

Flowers are pretty but not forever  

Roots are strong, they last forever  

Strength isn't always pretty

Some profound truths in this one. "Flowers are pretty but not forever." Indeed, nothing material lasts forever. Not sure about roots being forever, though, unless the roots are symbolic of the spirit.
