A final goodbye won’t hurt, right?

A final goodbye won’t hurt, right?

A Poem by Secretpoet
"

"A Final Goodbye Won’t Hurt, Right?" is a poignant and introspective poem that delicately explores the emotions associated with parting.

"

You at the window, my

Tears sworn to dry.

Oh, those pieces are popped, that,

You once fixed, by a little chat.

The salt on the wounds, you

Seem very uncomfortable and blue.

I promise I won’t disturb again,

A goodbye would be enough pain.

I’ve lost track of you and time,

I sure need to practice mime.

You said, “Hmm”,

“Look at the memories”, the numb.
